The Executive Board provides leadership, direction, and oversight for all church fellowship activities. Through collaborative governance, we ensure that our church's mission, values, and objectives are effectively pursued in a way that honors God and serves our community.
What We Do
Strategic Planning
Developing and implementing long-term vision and goals for our church fellowship
Administrative Oversight
Managing the organizational structure and ensuring effective governance
Meeting Facilitation
Organizing and leading church business meetings and maintaining accurate records
Resource Coordination
Working with all ministries to ensure alignment of resources with ministry priorities
Policy Development
Creating and maintaining operational guidelines and procedures for the church
